The Blick News & Sport App offers users numerous possibilities to consume and co-create content individually. However, the multitude of features leads to performance problems on older devices. Therefore, Ringier has decided to redevelop the app with a focus on performance and user experience.
In order to optimally design the technological basis for future requirements, Ringier commissioned devedis to develop an architecture and technology concept for the new app.
Result
The developed concept and prototype provide Ringier with a clear overview of the status quo and existing challenges. They also contain a structured decision-making basis with scenarios and recommendations, enabling Ringier to make sustainable and strategically sound decisions for the further development of the app.
